A fantastic, welcoming and stylish salon. Welcomed with a friendly greeting and a delightful cup of tea! (Much needed as a new parent of 2!) Opted for a total makeover and after a detailed discussion with Elliot, I felt assured I was in good hands and she explained which hues would complement my complexion, hair shapes for my face and overall style. She is a wizard in her craft and would highly recommend. My new hairstyle is now something I enjoy styling, not too overwhelming but with a fantastic burst of colour to match my persona! Looking forward to returning in April! To get to Zone Beauty Studio at 7 Drapery, Northampton NN1 2ET, United Kingdom by public transport, take bus number 19 or 21 to Town Centre and walk towards the salon. If traveling by car, drive down Drapery Street and turn onto Gold Street, then take a right onto Bridge Street where you will find the salon located.

A companion had a voucher and received minimal attention or care. There was hardly any conversation, and the process was not explained. Opted for a paraffin hand wax, which included a hand massage. Had to hunch over a table, despite having a pre-existing back issue that the therapist knew about. Felt extremely uneasy. Terrible experience, felt completely swindled. No upfront pricing, seems like they're banking on customers' naivety. Quick to take payment but a struggle to get a refund, took ages even with constant pressure. Brighton has many reputable clinics, but this isn't one of them.
