I treated myself for my birthday. I booked a full pedicure and manicure, ensuring all I wanted was included. The technician assumed I wanted a mini mani/pedi. I clarified I wanted a full treatment focusing on scrub/hard skin removal/massage, not just polish. She proceeded without soaking my nails, claiming it's better to polish before soaking. After finishing my nails, someone else started the soak late. I still had scrub on my feet when my music hadn't even finished playing. I tried to wipe it off but still felt it until I washed my feet at home. My fingernails were done without soaking, only cuticle work and polish. They looked pretty but not what I desired. The staff were nice, but I didn't get what I asked for. I struggled to voice my dissatisfaction. I felt disappointed and like I wasted my money. Days later, my feet were dry and peeling, and my fingernail skin was peeling too. I had to remove the polish as it was damaging my nails, which were healthy before.

My mother and I had pedicures and gel nails done. The salon is clean and lovely, and the staff were friendly and did a fantastic job. We were even offered coffee while getting pampered. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!
