Visited Zenith today for my initial tattoo removal session! The staff at the entrance were very polite and professional. I was quite nervous about the procedure, unsure about the pain levels or the results, but Dr. Maini was incredibly professional and friendly. He kept me engaged throughout the visit and procedure, which was comforting. I’m finding it hard to comprehend these glowing reviews. I had to assign one star or my comment wouldn't go through, otherwise it would have been zero.
I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment! It was truly the most effective and enjoyable massage experience I've ever had. The staff were attentive and considerate when discussing any health concerns. I had nail extensions done at the salon a few days ago. I felt hopeful as there are so many good reviews on Google and it is slightly more expensive than a lot of places in Nottingham. The venue was immaculate and stunning, the staff were courteous and amiable. Pretreece did my makeup for my friend's wedding, I was a bit nervous initially as I'm not used to wearing makeup. She made me feel so at ease, explaining each step and product she used. When she finished, I was absolutely blown away and adored the look. For several reasons, I have not been to Bubbles/Glide in over 10 years (or more) but decided to visit a few weeks ago. I chose to see Nina and could not have made a better choice. She is a lovely person to spend time with. She was very engaging with me, incredibly polite, patient and keen to please. Her massage style suited me perfectly; a very soft fingertip massage which left me feeling 30 years younger.
