I had nail extensions done at the salon a few days ago. I felt hopeful as there are so many good reviews on Google and it is slightly more expensive than a lot of places in Nottingham. This was my premier visit and it was by far the most gentle eyebrow threading experience I have ever encountered. Alisha spent a full 30 minutes shaping my eyebrows and it was exactly what I desired. Today, I had the pleasure of having my lips enhanced by Pretreece. Having visited other beauty professionals in the past, this experience was undoubtedly the best! I would give zero stars if possible. I called and left a message three weeks ago to book treatments for my husband, but I'm still waiting for a call back... It's probably a lovely place once you're in, but sadly, I couldn't even get past the first step. Iām finding it hard to comprehend these glowing reviews. I had to assign one star or my comment wouldn't go through, otherwise it would have been zero.
I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours. The venue was immaculate and stunning, the staff were courteous and amiable. Pretreece did my makeup for my friend's wedding, I was a bit nervous initially as I'm not used to wearing makeup. She made me feel so at ease, explaining each step and product she used. When she finished, I was absolutely blown away and adored the look.
