Iām finding it hard to comprehend these glowing reviews. I had to assign one star or my comment wouldn't go through, otherwise it would have been zero.
I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours. Returning for the second time to shape my eyebrows, the first visit was smooth but this time the lady was lacking professionalism with clients and the salon was unclean. Since the eyebrow waxing, my eyebrows have been itching and no trimming was done. Completely dissatisfied with the service.
