Visited Zenith today for my initial tattoo removal session! The staff at the entrance were very polite and professional. I was quite nervous about the procedure, unsure about the pain levels or the results, but Dr. Maini was incredibly professional and friendly. He kept me engaged throughout the visit and procedure, which was comforting. This was my premier visit and it was by far the most gentle eyebrow threading experience I have ever encountered. Alisha spent a full 30 minutes shaping my eyebrows and it was exactly what I desired. The service at Punktured is exceptional. Chloe was incredibly kind and patient when piercing my 7-year-old's ears, and she did a fantastic job as there have been no complications or swelling since. I also had booked a navel piercing, but unfortunately, my belly button wasn't suitable. Chloe took the time to explain this to me, was very considerate, and promptly refunded my deposit. Recently, I returned as my daughter lost the earring, and her ear had started to heal slightly, and once again, Chloe was exceptional.
