I would give zero stars if possible. I called and left a message three weeks ago to book treatments for my husband, but I'm still waiting for a call back... It's probably a lovely place once you're in, but sadly, I couldn't even get past the first step. I’m finding it hard to comprehend these glowing reviews. I had to assign one star or my comment wouldn't go through, otherwise it would have been zero.
I requested a 30-minute hot stone massage. The therapist did not use hot stones. The pressure was excessively firm. Despite my repeated requests for a gentler touch, it persisted, leading to swelling and bruising on my spine and between my shoulders. The lump on the top of my spine from the pressure is visible. I am experiencing so much discomfort that I haven't been able to wear a bra for 48 hours.
