I contacted to inquire about an appointment, the gentleman on the phone assured me to come in today. Upon arrival, a different gentleman was extremely impolite and denied me entry despite my prior call. His attitude was appalling, perhaps due to stress, but the lack of customer service was unacceptable. I will not be returning until they improve their service. Even when finally allowed in, I was completely ignored. Terrible experience.
