What can I say, 3 tattoos, 3 works of art! Letizia is a superb artist, grateful to have crossed paths: highly professional, kind, and supportive! Thank you, Leti, for creating these 3 masterpieces, which I'd proudly display in any art exhibition if possible.
Oh, where to begin haha...went in for a tragus piercing (both ears) feeling brave, though my healing process is always a struggle! Reached out to Leti when the piercing wasn't healing well and causing me a lot of pain. Leti suggested hydrocortisone for healing, but after 2 months with no progress, she had me back in to switch to longer bars due to severe swelling. Leti was incredibly patient and calm, despite my pain during the bar change, which took over an hour for both. No charge for this extra care, and she gave me her full attention, with another kind lady offering support too! Leti truly cares for each customer, offering exceptional aftercare and going above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend xx Thank you, Leti, for your exceptional service and dedication!
