The laser hair removal on my legs didn’t work despite having dark hairs and pale skin. Changing in front of the therapist was awkward. Felt pain/tingling only once, unsure if the machine setting was right or lowered to push more sessions after my Groupon deal. Had the same amount of hair after sessions as when I started. Waste of time and money.
I've been to the Park Laser clinic in Nottingham. All staff, in-person, via email or phone, were professional, kind, and welcoming. Had 3 treatments with Amy, who is a delight. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and extremely kind. Highly recommend her, makes me feel better and the treatment is effective.
Quite disappointing to have two appointments cancelled in a week. The first was “double booked” and the second, called me just as I was about to park for my appointment. As a business owner myself, this is very poor practice. No compensation offered for the inconvenience, including rescheduling my own clients. These last-minute cancellations underestimate the importance of first impressions for a new client like myself. Likely to leave a negative review and no hope of a recommendation.
