I would give zero stars if possible. I called and left a message three weeks ago to book treatments for my husband, but I'm still waiting for a call back... It's probably a lovely place once you're in, but sadly, I couldn't even get past the first step. Basic rule of business - return calls to potential customers, it's more effective than advertising!
Had a fantastic time at the Urban Rooms yesterday with my family. The Hideaway package was great value for money, with fabulous treatments and a delicious lunch included. Farsana is an incredible therapist - very professional and talented, thank you Farsana! I hope to visit again soon. Many thanks to the team for making our post-Christmas relaxation day so enjoyable.
Had an amazing time at the Spa today. The treatments were exceptional, and the lunch was delicious. The staff were all so welcoming and kind.
