The salon is very clean and well-kept, but even as the only customer there, I felt rushed and undervalued - more like a burden than a valued client. There were no pleasantries, just a quick transaction and rush to get me out. The pedicure wasn't the best I've had - it felt hurried, and the nail polish application was sloppy.
I walked in for my appointment and was quite pleased with the service. I had a pedicure and a full set of SNS nails, and I was satisfied with both services. I would definitely consider coming back. One of my nails is a tad crooked, but it's hardly noticeable unless you're specifically looking for it. They only accept cash, which did catch me off guard, but there's a free ATM just a minute's walk away, so it was easily sorted.
I'm not one for giving negative feedback, but as a regular patron, I won't be returning here. The service always seems quite distant, at best, and downright rude and dismissive, at worst. It wasn't until I went elsewhere for a manicure and found that they lasted three times longer than the ones done here that I made up my mind.
