This was my inaugural visit and it exceeded expectations. The establishment of Grandeur Elegance is recent and well-furnished. Elara was attentive, professional, and compassionate. I underwent 3 treatments... Nail care, foot care, and a facial (which was exceptional) all were executed excellently. I used to be a regular customer for facials but they kept altering their prices until one day they overcharged me so much, I never came back. The price rose by £10 in just 2 weeks, showing they charge based on the person, not the service. The nail technician is terrible as well.
