I have undergone pressotherapy sessions with Magda on numerous occasions. This treatment effectively stimulates the lymphatic drainage system, aiding in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet. Additionally, it can prevent the formation of cellulite on the thighs and abdomen. Magda utilises a two-part suit during the procedure, which initially feels like wearing a spacesuit at the start of the session. The gradual pressure applied by the suit, starting from the feet and moving upwards, allows the body to acclimate to the treatment. There are multiple modes to choose from, and the pressure can be adjusted according to personal preference. I prefer levels B and E, always requesting a gradual increase in pressure. Following each session, I experience a sense of relaxation, with any leg tension or soreness dissipating, leaving them feeling light as a feather.
