So thrilled I found Lenny. After relocating to Liverpool from Manchester I was on the hunt for a makeup artist to rival my previous salon who were top-notch, I’m quite particular! What can I say?! Lenny gave me the most flawless makeup application I’ve ever had, their attention to detail is impeccable, every stroke is perfection. Cannot recommend them enough. Not having had my makeup done during the Covid period, Lenny reminded me how wonderful it is to have a professional touch. Their studio is well-equipped with all the necessary safety measures - I will be a loyal client for sure!! I got my Nails done here yesterday with my friend (we both got white french tips) and they have already started to chip. My friend had asked for square and they looked like bubbles and the tip was huge and when she asked for them to be smaller the worker doing her nails insisted they looked fine. When we came back today and asked for a refund the male worker and female worker started to shout and speak in a loud, annoyed tone and refused to give a refund. When we asked if they would fix our nails they agreed and started to file of the design and shape them, when my friend pointed out that they were uneven; the female worker said she was being to fancy and demanding. After this they told us to never come back or book with them again.
