The service provided was exceptional. The nail technician initially seemed hesitant about the design I wanted after showing pictures, but persisted nonetheless. The nail structure was executed perfectly by the first technician, who was very mindful in ensuring I was satisfied with the progress at each stage. The design was beautifully done by another technician, who also ensured my happiness in the same manner. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, which was exactly as I desired. I would not hesitate to revisit this establishment. Absolutely dreadful experience! I've had the same style and colour nails for over 7 years without any issues until now. I had them done less than 48 hours ago and woke up the next morning with one missing. I went back to have it fixed, only to wake up the following morning with another one gone. They tried to charge me for repairs, despite my explanation that they were too thin. They attempted to send me out with one nail repaired, three times the size of the others, and still charged me. I will not be returning. I have trusted Nathan with my nails for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My nails are healthy and strong and grow ridiculously quickly, but what I love most is how long they last. I can go 5 weeks with no chipping or lifting and still get compliments as they are starting to grow out.
