It's quite disappointing to see the decline in service here. I used to frequent this place when the original owners were around, but now there's a constant turnover of inexperienced technicians who seem to switch roles frequently. Paying the same price for nails that barely last a week after a new set is unacceptable. Sadly, I won't be returning here.
I've been a regular visitor since September and I must say, the service here is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and does a fantastic job with my nails. With their biab for natural nails, my manicure lasts a good 3-4 weeks between infills. The colour selection is impressive, and the attention to detail ensures a polished finish every time.
