From the initial consultation to the actual treatment, I must say I've had a very positive experience thus far. The technicians handling the laser have been exceptionally pleasant, and there hasn't been any pressure to make additional purchases. The laser treatment has been quite effective for me. Initially, I opted for a package to address my underarms to gauge the results, and after seeing significant improvement after a few sessions, I decided to invest in another package to target other areas of my body, especially given the ongoing promotion. I received a brow lamination and I came for a patch test 24 hours before and the ladies were lovely and welcoming! When I came back a day later for my treatment I was greeted really nicely and taken to the room where I was made to feel very comfortable. The lady who did my brow lamination was super sweet and we were talking about anything&everything the whole time! The salon itself is beautiful - soo much pink and glitter 😍😍, and very clean everywhere! My whole experience was definitely a 10/10 and I’ll be coming back& recommending!!About

My companions and I had an extremely disappointing experience while receiving manicures and pedicures. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training and simply carried out tasks that could easily be done at home. There was no trimming, massaging, shaping, or buffing of our nails. One of my friends was subjected to cold air to dry her nail polish, leaving her feeling uncomfortably cold. Essentially, we were just left to soak in water and that was labelled as a "spa" treatment. Despite my request for a shiny buff without nail polish, I was only given a 30-second buff that left my nails looking worse than before. The explanation provided was that "this is how it's done." To make matters worse, my ingrown nail was cut without consent and not in a proper manner. I ultimately declined the manicure as it would have been a waste of both my time and money to receive essentially nothing in return. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
