Today, my Grandmother visited the spa for a manicure and left thoroughly delighted. Initially hesitant due to it being her first beauty treatment post-Covid, she was eventually won over. Though I am unsure of the technician's name, she performed a splendid job in enhancing my Nan's nails. Regrettably, we ran out of time for eyebrow grooming, yet my Nan was wholly content with the service received. The ambiance was delightful and serene, prompting her decision to return without hesitation. A truly gratifying experience!
I visited this establishment over the weekend for a gel manicure, based on the glowing reviews I had read on Google and Treatwell. Unfortunately, my £35 gel manicure chipped within a mere 24 hours. It was truly disheartening! The only solution offered was to redo the manicure. But why would I want a redo if it chipped so quickly the first time? I requested a partial refund, which was adamantly refused. Hence, this is my candid assessment. There are superior options available for longer-lasting and more cost-effective nail services!
