My companions and I had an extremely disappointing experience while receiving manicures and pedicures. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training and simply carried out tasks that could easily be done at home. There was no trimming, massaging, shaping, or buffing of our nails. One of my friends was subjected to cold air to dry her nail polish, leaving her feeling uncomfortably cold. Essentially, we were just left to soak in water and that was labelled as a "spa" treatment. Despite my request for a shiny buff without nail polish, I was only given a 30-second buff that left my nails looking worse than before. The explanation provided was that "this is how it's done." To make matters worse, my ingrown nail was cut without consent and not in a proper manner. I ultimately declined the manicure as it would have been a waste of both my time and money to receive essentially nothing in return. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The service was subpar, and it was evident that the staff lacked expertise.

This beauty salon exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For over a year, I have entrusted Lucy with shaping my eyebrows, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is delightful to converse with and consistently delivers exactly what I request. I have no complaints about this establishment, it truly deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10! ⭐️ ⭐️
