My hair highlights were processed excessively, leaving my hair resembling dry straw. The absence of a bonder caused my baby lights to blend in, and my hair is breaking like straw. I paid for a quality job without haggling, but I am unsatisfied and unlikely to return or recommend this salon.
Exceptional First Visit!
"I was satisfied with the hair colour chosen during my first visit. However, during my second visit, I was deceived about using the same natural dyes and hair colour as before. My hair was bleached, damaged, and appeared dry and unattractive. Despite paying the full price, I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone. The hairdresser was from Albania, but unfortunately, I cannot recall her name.
