Love the ambiance of this nail studio, been a loyal customer for 5 years now. The prices are reasonable, the staff is delightful, and their work is top-notch.
I must say, my experience at this nail salon was far from satisfactory. The technician who attended to me seemed more interested in chatting with other customers, laughing, and joking around than focusing on my nails. It took her an excessively long time to complete my set, and now, a few hours later, my nails are in pain and feel uncomfortable. Throughout the process, she was rough, tugging at my arm and fingers, causing a burning sensation. Moreover, she did not allow the layers to set properly before moving on to the next step, resulting in uneven application. Some nails are thin, some are thick, and one is noticeably crooked. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.
For the past 2 years, I have been a regular patron of this nail salon for acrylic services, and each visit has been consistently excellent. Kim, the nail technician, is truly exceptional at her craft. While there may be occasional delays during peak hours, the wait is always justified by the exceptional service. The salon is impeccably clean, offers great value for money, and delivers high-quality results. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
