I adored my hairdresser! He deserves all the praise. However, there seems to be a plumbing issue in the salon as there was a persistent smell of old sewage, which my hairdresser kindly masked with incense.

Avoid this hair salon at all costs! I scheduled my appointment online and arrived promptly. However, the hairdresser was not punctual. What was supposed to be a 30-minute session turned into an hour as the hairdresser kept leaving for extended periods to chat with colleagues, workers, or answer phone calls. Despite requesting a simple skin fade, the hairdresser proceeded to shave off most of my facial hair without consent and without giving me a chance to object. I was left dissatisfied and frustrated with the state of my facial hair, exacerbated by the extensive irritation and ingrown hairs caused by the rough and careless shave. The service here is abysmal, with the hairdressers showing no regard for seeking permission before using razors on your skin. I wish I could rate it lower. A truly appalling experience, and I will not be returning.

Absolutely the best barber experience I've had in years. The salon is clean and welcoming, reasonably priced, offers excellent service, and employs a diverse team of professionals who clearly take pride in their work. I hadn't had a haircut in months and was unsure of what I wanted, but the staff were patient and discussed options with me until I settled on a style I liked. I usually don't write reviews, but this is the only barber I'll be visiting until I leave the town based on my first visit.
