I was left dissatisfied with my visit here. My one-hour classic lash infill appointment only lasted 45 minutes, and my lash extensions fell out after just 4 days. Upon reaching out to inform them and inquire about a possible touch-up, they initially agreed but then later retracted, ignoring me and attributing it to 'shedding season'. This level of service is unacceptable - I will gladly seek a more worthwhile and reliable option next time.

Grace is undeniably the top expert in the field, I entrust no one else with my lashes. It's an innate skill of hers; she can effortlessly determine the perfect lash style for your facial shape and is, of course, more than willing to cater to any lash style you desire. Her brand Ulash is truly exceptional; initially, I was hesitant as I enjoy going to salons for my lashes, but since relocating to Dubai, I have stocked up on Ulash. Following Grace's lash mapping technique, my lashes look as if a professional did them, yet I did them myself! It only takes about 5 minutes, and you can customize the style as you please. Additionally, they are easy to remove with the remover, wash, and reapply for multiple uses! I cannot speak highly enough of Grace and The Lash Lab - the ultimate lash expert! 💗💗
