A wonderful experience today. I took my 13 year old son and his friend (also 13) to have their ears pierced. I booked Beauty's Call as I know several people who recommended them and they have been established in Romsey for many years. They were very welcoming- explaining the procedure fully to the boys and both us dads. They had a wonderful selection of different studs to choose from. The piercing itself was excellent. Time was taken to mark the spot on the ears first- with both staff members, the boys and us dads checking that we were happy with the positioning. Then both ears were done simultaneously- totally painlessly. Aftercare was thoroughly discussed. We were all very happy with the whole experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Beauty's Call.
I've been visiting Beauty's Call for nearly a year now, mainly seeing Liam but occasionally Emma as well. I wish I could rate more than five stars! Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming, it's a very friendly and cosy atmosphere, the service offered is exceptional and I've been really happy with their work. Liam deserves a special shout out for taking excellent care of me, and just being so incredibly helpful and supportive. This salon really is a gem and I couldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you everyone! 💙
