I love this place, I was just passing through for a day in Birmingham, I risked asking Monday for Tuesday to have a date via Instagram, the gentlemen answered me immediately, I had my eyebrows threaded and Hollywood waxed with Jack, I couldn't have had a better time😂😂 seriously, He's amazing!! Super nice, he gave me gorgeous eyebrows, no harm done with the waxing, and he is a lovely person, he made me feel like I was his lifelong client. I certainly plan to return again. Thank you Jack you were incredible. 💗💗💗💗
I see Jack occasionally for wax and always very pleased, super experienced and very minimal pain! Charlie does my lash lifts and he is very lovely, always chatty and letting me know the next step which is appreciated when you can’t see! Recommend beauty one for any service and any of the gentlemen 🪷🧘🏼♂️
Very professional full Hollywood wax and even dealt with me being over 15 minutes late at my Christmas appointment and exceeded expectations with the attention to detail in such a quick alloted time span. I visit Charlie here who is a kind young man very professional and makes you feel at complete ease! After 33 years I had my 1st wax with him and I wouldn't ever look back and will continue to have him look after me. I can't thank the recommendation from a local hairdressers (miss tiffs) enough as I am very grateful to of found this diamond beauty shop and Charlie as a beautician.
