Got a beautiful set of nexgen nails done here 3 days ago. Unfortunately, broke a nail accidentally. Went in to get it fixed today, expecting it to be free as mentioned over the phone. The lady who attended to me was rude, rushed the fix, and seemed disinterested. Initially demanded £2 for the repair, but later said it was free when my sister arrived. Disappointed with the unprofessional treatment after being a loyal customer for months. Unlikely to return.
