I met Charlie for the first time last week for a cut and colour. I relocated to Birmingham almost a year ago and have been journeying 3 and 1/2 hours to my former home town for haircuts as I was so anxious about changing hair stylist. I underwent a significant change of style and I absolutely adore it, and the colour, it is superb. Just what I desired. Charlie doesn't push hair products, they encourage you to use up what you have at home before purchasing anything new. The salon is delightful and they have Grazia and Hello- who wants to read lengthy articles, I just want to look at the photos. A genuinely calming experience. And Charlie is absolutely delightful. Highly recommended.
