What a terrible ordeal! I went in for a simple nail repair and pedicure, but the technician ended up removing all my nails without repairing them as requested. To make matters worse, he made my nails shorter. When I pointed out the mistake, he became defensive. Despite explaining my initial request and having my nails filed down, he claimed they were too short for the design I wanted. The painting job was sloppy due to a thick gel base he applied without smoothing out my nails, resulting in a bumpy finish. When I advised him to file before painting, he blamed my fingers and refused to correct it. Frustrated by his unprofessionalism, I left mid-service. Overall, a disappointing experience lacking any semblance of skill or qualifications.

My visits to this nail salon have been a mixed bag. The first time was fantastic, the second and third were decent, but the fourth visit was a disaster. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately as the acrylic nail polish was applied thinly, despite my request for acrylic nails. Feeling hesitant, I went along with their suggestion. The next day, one of the nails broke in half, causing significant discomfort. It seems the quality of service varies depending on the technician. I won't be returning, as booking an appointment doesn't guarantee a quicker service than a walk-in. In essence, the quality of your nails here can range from five-star perfection to zero stars, depending on who attends to you.
