Had an impromptu nail session here. Opted for a shorter, simpler style. The process was quite swift, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely return.
Absolutely fantastic results and service! Thank you so much to the charming nail technician - I never caught your name! - who provided me with stunning, elegant navy almond acrylics adorned with 10 gems (priced at £33!). I can't stop gazing at them - they are even, consistent and incredibly natural-looking. The technician was gentle, meticulous, and delightful to converse with. Being relatively new to this, my nail lingo may be lacking, but she was incredibly patient. I highly recommend this establishment to newcomers. I now have a great deal of confidence and trust, making this my preferred nail salon!
This establishment should be CLOSED DOWN. The employees were extremely impolite and gave me stars instead of hearts as requested. Moreover, the stars were poorly executed and uneven. When I rested my hands on the table, they made mocking remarks. I am currently distraught over this experience. I paid £38 for basic nails with hearts. A total rip-off. I will never set foot here again.
