I just had a really pleasant waxing session here! Ruby was delightful, extremely professional yet also very sociable and talkative. Very sanitary, using wooden applicators and refraining from double-dipping for sensitive regions. She also provided excellent post-care guidance. Called twice recently, both times the lady who answered the telephone seemed like they didn’t even want to try to fit me in for an appointment at all.
