My spouse recently visited for an eyebrow shaping and found that the technician completely disregarded their request. After years of growing out their eyebrows and simply wanting a tidy up, they left feeling disappointed. They now feel self-conscious and believe they look completely different from what they had requested. Hopefully, in the future, the salon will pay closer attention to customer requests to prevent others from feeling this upset with their results.
Consistently adore my brows afterward. Always a thoroughly professional service. The salon is delightful and all the staff make you feel welcomed not just during your appointment. Everything I've ever received is always documented and includes all terms and conditions which you must sign to finalize your appointment, so some serious exaggerations going on in the reviews. I also adore the Bebe brow products I always leave with a bag full of shopping.
