I wish I could award no stars if possible!! I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment!! I had reserved a voucher for my sibling to receive a facial and massage treatment, but they refused to provide the massage despite it being clearly stated on the voucher! She had scheduled an appointment for 3pm, arrived, and found the shop closed! Upon calling, they instructed her to wait as someone was on their way, leaving my sister standing in the rain. They then told her to seek shelter in a nearby coffee shop! By 3:10, no one had arrived, so she departed. They called her, angrily demanding that she return and insisting that the shop's closure was none of her concern! The shop should have been open and prepared if an appointment had been made! Appalling conduct.
