I wish I could award no stars if possible!! I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment!! I had reserved a voucher for my sibling to receive a facial and massage treatment, but they refused to provide the massage despite it being clearly stated on the voucher! She had scheduled an appointment for 3pm, arrived, and found the shop closed! Upon calling, they instructed her to wait as someone was on their way, leaving my sister standing in the rain. They then told her to seek shelter in a nearby coffee shop! By 3:10, no one had arrived, so she departed. They called her, angrily demanding that she return and insisting that the shop's closure was none of her concern! The shop should have been open and prepared if an appointment had been made! I experienced my first chiropody medical pedicure today, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. Adelina performed exceptionally well, along with the rest of the team. She was friendly and gentle, which helped me relax. My feet felt incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, like a baby's. Initial visit and quite let down. They didn’t inform me but the sugarist who assisted me was clearly in training. It lasted over 45 minutes! I have been sugared for years and never had a session exceed 20 minutes. I understand people need training and have gone with trainees before but they never charged full price like they did here. Very disappointed, not at the sugarist who was trying her best but at the company for thinking they can pull this off.About
