Outstanding service.. went for a facial and absolutely adored it.. the team was welcoming and the service was top-notch, incredibly soothing.. my complexion was fresh and radiant.. adored it, will definitely return soon. Grateful to Karishma for the exceptional service.
BEWARE OF WHO TOUCHES YOUR EYEBROWS!!! I left in tears… I have been going to the Idle branch for my eyebrow treatments since it opened, as it's very convenient. I usually visit on a Monday or Tuesday because there's a wonderful lady who is skilled and mentioned she works those days. However, she must have been off today... I noticed her absence and felt it would be impolite to leave as there were 2 other staff members present who I assumed were competent. One of the staff wearing a hijab made an absolute mess of one of my eyebrows and even managed to injure my eyelid while threading. Clearly lacking expertise, she should steer clear of touching people's eyebrows. I will provide images of my uneven eyebrows which can't be rectified unless I ruin the other one in the same way. I will also include a photo of how my eyebrows usually look. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!!
