After scouting for laser hair services for a while uncertain and apprehensive after hearing people's negative encounters, one of my close mates introduced me to Simply Smooth. I felt so at ease after the initial consultation I just had to go for it! I'm so delighted I did, Soraya is so well-informed about the hair removal process and very approachable and friendly. I scheduled a 60-minute hot oil massage with the delightful masseur Charlie, and it was genuinely the most exceptional massage experience I've ever had (I'm not hesitant to try various massages due to my profession - a painter). I've journeyed extensively around the globe, including multiple visits to Thailand, and I can honestly say I've never encountered such a thorough and hardworking masseur. The quality was impeccable, the establishment itself was immaculate, exuding a tranquil and soothing ambiance, with a delightful fragrance. Booked a pedicure for two people three weeks ago. Arrived only to be told by the lady that she had accidentally deleted the appointment without informing us it was cancelled. I had taken time off work and spent money on train fare to get to Saltaire, so I ended up losing out financially. She mentioned that this had happened before, with appointments being deleted without customers' knowledge. She did offer a future appointment at half price, but there were limited slots available, and I don't visit Saltaire often.
