I arrived promptly for my 11.30 appointment, the proprietor greeted me and handed over a Covid compliance form to fill out. By 11.40, I was escorted to the hair washing section. Nazia (apologies if the spelling is off) is still in training but regularly sought guidance from Porscha. She took her time prepping my scalp for washing (it was quite dirty) and when it was time for treatment, Porscha took over and assessed my hair follicles, suggesting the most suitable treatment.
