I used to visit this establishment for years for waxing but after my last appointment, I won't be returning. I mentioned that the wax was too hot, but the therapist ignored my concerns and proceeded to apply it, even on areas that had already been waxed and were more sensitive to the heat. Their technique was odd and very painful, causing discomfort. I've been getting waxed for years and this is the first time I've had to cry out in pain! Not happy with the experience, they've lost a customer. I wish they had the previous therapists back!
Always excellent results, my nail care lasts for ages. Very pleased with all the treatments at the salon. Alex did my semi-permanent brows and they look incredibly natural, she did a fantastic job and they have lasted so well.
I've been a regular at this salon for 9 years (since it first opened). The service is always top-notch and friendly, sometimes even a good laugh with other customers.
