I would like to express my gratitude and acknowledge that she performs her duties in an exceptional manner! This session was the first one executed flawlessly!!! After the session, I inquired about her name and commended her for her excellent work. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a review without any prompting! I intentionally waited until my eyebrows had fully healed and I had returned for my touch-up before sharing my feedback. I am delighted to say that I wholeheartedly endorse anyone considering semi-permanent eyebrows to visit Suzie. She conducted herself with utmost professionalism throughout the process and provided me with honest expectations for the treatment. I have received numerous compliments from both friends and family on how natural they look. The clinic boasts a beautifully designed space that is meticulously clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the appointment scheduling, as I appreciated having undivided attention without feeling rushed in a bustling waiting area. The clinic has a wonderful ambiance and is conveniently located. I encountered an issue with a laser treatment once, but they promptly refunded me a session. Interestingly, the therapist responsible for the error is no longer with them (not because of me, haha). I used to visit this establishment for years for waxing but after my last appointment, I won't be returning. I mentioned that the wax was too hot, but the therapist ignored my concerns and proceeded to apply it, even on areas that had already been waxed and were more sensitive to the heat. Their technique was odd and very painful, causing discomfort. I've been getting waxed for years and this is the first time I've had to cry out in pain! Not happy with the experience, they've lost a customer.
