I had an absolutely splendid massage from Aisha and got a stunning gel manicure from Priya! This place is magnificent. Immaculate and radiant next to the park, just off the city centre. Ideal location! And the staff was exceptional; they were courteous and professional, and consistently checking in to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free. Additionally, the convenience of booking an appointment was outstanding. I had booked my bridal manicure and SPA pedicure here and I could not have been more disappointed. The individual working on my hands did not even bother to push back my cuticles, stating that they looked fine. I was not consulted on whether I wanted to maintain the length or what nail shape I preferred - she simply began filing them until I expressed my preferences. The choice of neutral colour was quite disappointing - they only had three neutral shades, and the one I selected was towards the end and very streaky. It required three layers and ended up being quite thick. No one inspected my nails for gel bleed - four of them had it, and it had to be rectified later when I brought it to their attention. Melissa was informative about the treatments suitable for my pregnancy and how to adjust them accordingly. She detailed the products used and executed the body scrub meticulously. The option to freshen up with a shower between sessions was a nice touch, and Melissa seamlessly managed the transition by changing the bed. She ensured my comfort with a pregnancy pillow for the massage, which was incredibly soothing and relaxing. She then inquired about my preference for a facial or head massage during the facial, showing great care in being gentle. I felt thoroughly rested and had a fantastic first experience at Ocean Rooms.
