**Five star service from start to finish. The staff were all super friendly and made sure to check in on me for drinks and comfort regularly. My stylist, Luke, was so charming and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me results far surpassing my expectations. I am in LOVE with my new hair. I've visited this salon twice for a hair colouring, and both times have been disappointing. The results were so bad that I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. When the bleach wasn't left on for the usual duration and the entire process only took 1.5 to 2 hours for my long, thick hair, I should have been wary. Paying £160 to walk around feeling self-conscious with visible lines where the colour starts and stops is unacceptable. The stylist's struggles during the process were not encountered by a less experienced stylist I had at uni.
