My mate & I visited this salon for a gel nail treatment. The team were delightful & quite talkative - but when I opted for glitter on my ring finger, I was charged an extra £7.00 just for that!
The total cost of my manicure was £42. I didn't kick up a fuss as it was a treat & headed home. By the second day, three of my nails fell off and then all came off within 3-4 days. I got in touch with my mate & she had the same issue.
I returned to the salon to be informed that shellac only lasts around a week! But 2 days isn't a week. I had my nails redone with regular nail polish but no refund was given, even when I suggested it.
So a basic manicure with regular polish cost me £42! Awful customer service.

Lauren is incredibly friendly and skilled at manicures and pedicures. The only hiccup was being quoted £40 for my last visit's manicure and pedicure, only to be surprised by an additional £5 for the removal of polish she had applied three weeks prior. I have been visiting this place for years, but this time I was really disappointed. When I got home and took a closer look, I was shocked. These nails are the worst I've ever seen. The shape is all off - uneven in length, width, and thickness. The paint job is sloppy, shaky, and starting to bubble. They even tried to charge me £35, which is way more than their usual price.
