My mate & I visited this salon for a gel nail treatment. The team were delightful & quite talkative - but when I opted for glitter on my ring finger, I was charged an extra £7.00 just for that!
The total cost of my manicure was £42. I didn't kick up a fuss as it was a treat & headed home. By the second day, three of my nails fell off and then all came off within 3-4 days. I got in touch with my mate & she had the same issue.
I returned to the salon to be informed that shellac only lasts around a week! But 2 days isn't a week. I had my nails redone with regular nail polish but no refund was given, even when I suggested it.
So a basic manicure with regular polish cost me £42! Awful customer service.

For my first ear piercing, I visited Sapphire Stud and had a fantastic experience. I called ahead with some questions and expressed my nerves, but the staff were incredibly patient and reassuring. When I went in for the piercing, the lady who helped me was kind and welcoming, and the studio was impeccably clean. The prices were reasonable too!
