If I could rate zero stars, I would. Tatiana performed gel nails and a manicure for me, charging me £80. She was unprofessional, talking on the phone while working on my nails. I didn't see her sterilize the tools. Despite claiming to have 18 years of experience, she didn't even use a thin brush to tidy up the edges. The salon manager simply offered an apology for the poor experience. Please refer to the images taken on the second day for reference.About
