I recently had a haircut at Visage, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The haircut was extremely wonky and uneven. I emailed the salon expressing my concerns, and they offered me an appointment the same day, which I couldn't attend due to prior commitments.
I explained my situation in a reply email and requested an alternative solution. Unfortunately, I have been ignored since then, despite sending numerous follow-up emails. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expected better service and a resolution to this issue.
I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement and caution for potential customers. I cannot recommend a superior salon! The attentiveness, care and warmth of the team is outstanding. Specifically, Dana goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive top-notch hair extensions and dedicates her time to ensure they look flawless every time. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Even my youngsters will willingly have their hair styled by Dana, which is a miracle she can get them to sit for any duration!About

I had a rather unfortunate experience with my eyebrows. I got them waxed yesterday and ended up with burnt skin. The lady attending to me was pleasant, but there was a language barrier, so I couldn't fully understand her.
