Had my eyebrow waxing done, it turned out fantastic, it was a swift and efficient service. I've been a patron of Brow Bar for a few months now and it's been excellent; highly recommend it for eyebrow grooming. One thing to note is to avoid any rush and feeling pressured to come before 4pm as it closes at 5pm, so the staff tend to rush from 4pm onwards to finish by closing time.
Had a great experience with waxing and threading my brows, finally achieved the desired shape and got them tinted as well. The only issue I had was with the lady who did my eyebrows; I saw her outside, using her phone and talking on it, then she met me at the door without washing her hands and touched my face. She had been outside using her phone and then reused the same thread, which I assume had been hanging around her neck all day without being changed for each customer!
We have been using the same gentleman regularly for years, a handsome man who always remembered the last visit … however … the others are not as skilled as he is. Our son came home today with perfectly groomed eyebrows .. however they're not symmetrical, one eyebrow is perfect while the other is a bit quirky 😂. I understand our gentleman can't work all day every day, but the staff there should strive for the same high standard xx
