Upon arriving for my spa appointment, I was pleased to find ample parking available. However, the experience quickly soured when I was informed that I needed to hire towels and a robe, despite only booking a massage. The receptionist was quite rude and dismissive when I questioned this requirement. There was also confusion regarding my appointment time, with the staff insisting it was different from what I had booked. The relaxation room was not very comfortable, with worn-out loungers. The massage itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by the lack of professionalism and focus on sales rather than customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this establishment.
