Had to endure a 20-minute wait for Olivia to finish with her previous client. Washed, cut, blow-dried, and straightened. Left shampoo in my hair. Roughly dried my hair until it was almost dry instead of properly blow-drying it with a hairbrush, resulting in a bushy and frizzy mess. Paid £35 for the worst cut and blow-dry I've had in years. Had to rewash my hair when I got home due to the excess shampoo. Would not recommend and will not return. Very disappointed.
First time at this salon, and I will definitely be returning! Proprietor Olivia has flawlessly coloured and cut my hair! An exceptional stylist, highly skilled, attentive, and efficient. The salon has a lovely, airy, and clean ambiance. Not overly fancy, just perfect! Very pleasant experience. Overall, outstanding service and value.
