Had to endure a 20-minute wait for Olivia to finish with her previous client. Washed, cut, blow-dried, and straightened. Left shampoo in my hair. Roughly dried my hair until it was almost dry instead of properly blow-drying it with a hairbrush, resulting in a bushy and frizzy mess. Paid £35 for the worst cut and blow-dry I've had in years. Had to rewash my hair when I got home due to the excess shampoo. Would not recommend and will not return.
