I used to appreciate this place, but recent experiences have been disappointing. My two sons usually get their haircuts here, yet the last visit resulted in the younger one getting nicked. Today, my girlfriend took them, requesting a simple short back and sides. However, it appears as though the stylist used a single clipper size all over, giving them a shocking look. Paying £11 each for a basic cut we could do at home is outrageous. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mandy during my visit, and I must say she is a truly wonderful individual. I used the sunbed at the establishment, and Mandy made sure everything was perfect. Despite my anxiety about going out, she made me feel at ease with her warm welcome. I also discussed my hair concerns with her, as it's in poor condition due to stress-related alopecia. Mandy not only provided excellent advice but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Once my hair is healthy again, I can't wait for Mandy to work her magic.
