**Update: Dreadful customer care. Feedback removed.
In light of this, and the response to my initial comment, I reached out to the salon to speak with the boss. I was informed that the boss was unavailable. I then spent 10 minutes explaining the issue to a colleague who provided conflicting information from my first visit. They then requested me to wait for a call back while they spoke with the boss (who apparently was unavailable when I first called). This was a week ago (13.08.24) and I have not received any contact since. Highly disappointed with the entire service. Moreover, I paid £90 for a service that was priced at £68. I understood that the French nails would incur an additional £5 charge when I requested them, but I have no explanation for the extra £17.
I was informed that only issues within the first 24 hours could be rectified, despite my nails only lasting a week, hence there was nothing they could do to address the problem. I requested that they at least remove the unsightly nails as a compromise and was told I would need to pay £10 to have the nails, which only lasted a week, removed. Very disheartening considering the expenditure and the fact that the shellac on my toes remained flawless.
